Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions (Pro, Team)

Subscriptions are billed in advance each period (monthly or, where offered, annually) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed; you are not charged again.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods after a renewal. If you were charged in error, or a renewal happened that you intended to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected] and we will review it in good faith and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

Pay-as-you-go API credits

API credit packs are one-time purchases that add a fixed number of API calls to your account. Unused credits do not expire while your account is open. Purchased credit packs are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been used. An entirely unused pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.

How to cancel

• Open your phpwarden dashboard and go to Settings → Billing.
• Choose Cancel subscription; access continues until the period ends.
• Need help? Email [email protected] and we’ll cancel it for you.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
